GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

These general conditions of sale are agreed between ARMAZÉM DA MUSICA – Com. Equipamentos, Unipessoal, Lda. Cont. No. 507463994 . Share Capital: 100,000.00 Euros – Mat C.R.C Oeiras Nº18157, headquartered at Rua do Proletariado, 15-A, 2790-138 Portela de Carnaxide, and contact +351 214 175 549, hereinafter referred to as “Music Factory“ and the persons who wish to make purchases through the website www.musicfactory.pt hereinafter referred to as "Customer".

THESE CONDITIONS ARE IMPORTANT PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END

  • All prices mentioned on the Music Factory website include VAT at the legal rate in force.
  • All promotions, campaigns, offers or special prices communicated on the website, press or Newsletter, are limited to existing stock and available only within the period mentioned in the campaign or promotion.
  • All products and prices mentioned on the Music Factory website are subject to confirmation of availability.
  • In the event of stock outages, the Music Factory store, depending on the value of the item to be ordered, may request a down payment.

WARRANTY

Goods supplied by Music Factory to a consumer have a warranty period of two years under the terms of consumer protection legislation, namely Decree-Law no. 67/2003, of April 8, with changes introduced by Decree-Law no. 84/2008, of May 21.

ORDER CANCELLATION

The Customer can always cancel or change his order by contacting us as soon as possible to the email musicfactory@musicfactory.pt and as long as the order has not been shipped.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS DUE TO NON-SATISFACTION

Music Factory recognizes to all its Customers the right of free termination of contracts concluded at a distance enshrined in Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14th, allowing them to return the products purchased under the terms contained in said Diploma.
This right is applicable to cases of orders sent on collection or prepaid and sent by courier to the Customer's home.
Product exchanges or returns due to non-satisfaction must be communicated to Music Factory within a maximum legal period of 14 working days. The Customer must mention the order or invoice number, as well as the reasons for the exchange or return.

The following cases are specifically excluded from this right:

  • Supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized or which, due to their nature, cannot be sent back or are likely to deteriorate or perish quickly;
  • Products with traces of use or damaged;
  • Products without box or without the corresponding accessories or with the box or accessories damaged;
  • Products picked up and received by the Customer at the Music Factory store even if the respective order or reservation has been made online.
  • In all cases of exercise of the right of free resolution, the return of the goods and the associated costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
  • In these cases, the Customer will be offered the option of crediting the item in exchange for any other item. The amount in question will remain in the Customer's current account for deduction in future purchases of similar or any other goods.
  • Any refund of monies paid will always be deducted for shipping costs when included in the price of the item supplied.

ORDER RECEIPT / ARTICLE DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT

Upon receiving the order, the Customer must always start by inspecting the package externally, checking for any damage.

If the package shows serious external damage, you can refuse the order without opening it. Otherwise, you must open the package and, in the presence of the courier, confirm the integrity of the products. Any anomalies must be mentioned in the act of confirming receipt of the order and immediately communicated, in writing or by telephone, to Music Factory, which will activate the insurance immediately.

It is a fundamental condition for acceptance of the claim that the customer makes his reservations and/or mentions the damages in the act of confirming receipt of the goods.

After confirming the problem, Music Factory undertakes to exchange it at no additional cost to the customer. Returns of exchanged items must be in their original packaging, and under the same conditions in which you received it.

ORDER RECEIPT / EXCHANGE OR MISSING ITEM

If you have noticed that an item in your order is missing or has been exchanged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. After confirmation of the error, Music Factory undertakes to carry out the exchange at no additional cost to the customer. Returns of exchanged items must be in their original packaging, and under the same conditions in which you received it.
