Deliveries

Deliveries In 24h (for items in stock).

Shipping costs:

• 5€ delivery cost for orders under 49€.
• Free delivery for all orders over 49€ and up to 30Kg, in mainland Portugal.
• For shipments costs to the Islands, please see the respective tables below.

Orders up to 30 kg.

Continental Portugal:

• Transport assured by the carrier.
• Shipping costs €5 for orders under €49 and Free for orders over €49, in mainland Portugal.
• For shipments with the payment selection "On Collection" an additional fee of €2.50 will be added.
• Orders will be delivered to their destination by 7 pm on the following business day of the order confirmation.
• If no one is at the destination address at the time of delivery, a new delivery attempt will be made.

Islands

All orders to the Islands are shipped via courier. 

In order to calculate the cost of transportation of your order, please consult the table provided below:

MARITIME TRANSPORT

• All prices mentioned on the Music Factory website include VAT at the legal rate in force.
• All promotions, campaigns, offers or special prices communicated on the website, press or Newsletter, are limited to existing stock and available only within the period mentioned in the campaign or promotion.
• All products and prices mentioned on the Music Factory website are subject to confirmation of availability.
• In the event of stock outages, the Music Factory store, depending on the value of the item to be ordered, may request a down payment.
