Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods:

Bank transfer In this case, it will be necessary to send proof of the respective bank transfer by e-mail with reference to the order/invoice number. Bank details are provided along with the order confirmation via email.

Billing Delivery Your order will be sent to the address with which you registered. If you wish to send it to a different address, you must send an e-mail indicating the Order/invoice number and the new shipping address.
Payment must be made directly to the carrier's employee at the time of delivery. The cost of shipping and collection fee will be added to the order value, if applicable.

ATM reference An entity and payment reference is automatically generated through which you can pay for your order at an ATM terminal or via HomeBanking.

MBway To make online payments with MB WAY, you only need to enter your mobile phone number after selecting this payment method, and you will immediately receive a request in the MBway application to authorize the payment.

Credit / Debit Card We accept most credit cards, including virtual ones that you can generate through MB Way, for example. You can also pay with a debit card, supporting most banks operating in Portugal.
We guarantee that every single transaction you make on the Music Factory website is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or bank data are carried out in a secure environment. Likewise, Music Factory will never have access to your credit card details, as they go directly to the Easy Pay payment gateway.

Nota: always check the availability of the items in the respective product sheet, or if in doubt, contact us. Items whose availability is “On order” may have an estimated time of arrival at our facilities between 5 to 10 working days, or may not be available from the respective supplier.

Shipping Costs

Continental Portugal
All orders for Mainland Portugal weighing up to 20KG are sent through service 19 of CTT Expresso. The transport cost for these cases is €5 for orders under €49 and free of charge for amounts over €49, in mainland Portugal, (except for orders in which the volume exceeds the maximum limits authorized by CTT, which in this case, the most advantageous solution for the customer is presented). In the case of orders weighing more than 20KG, the value is calculated on a case-by-case basis so that we can offer you the most advantageous solution, always with deliveries by the end of the 1st working day and up to a limit of 30Kg. Service 19 for mainland Portugal guarantees deliveries to the selected destination by 6 pm on the following business day.

Islands
All orders to the Islands are shipped via CTT services. Music Factory offers two services that differ depending on the useful delivery time. The shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the order.
